Dump Trailer Rental Information
- Our dumpster rental rates cover use for 24 hours up to 3 days. Regardless of how quickly you complete your clean-out, you will still be charged for the full rental period.
- Special arrangements for extended rentals can be requested but are not guaranteed.
- No travel fee for drop-offs within 50 miles. For locations beyond that, a small fee will apply that depends on your exact address.
- We offer no refunds, reschedules, extensions, or cancellations once we have scheduled and delivered your trailer. A refund can only be issued if you cancel 24 hours prior to drop-off.
- To ensure safe transit, our dumpster must not be filled past the brim. Anything past the brim will have to be unloaded by our driver until it can be safely navigated.
- Our dumpsters cannot be moved once placed and secured on the property.
- Liquid, flammable, and combustible materials are not allowed in our dumpsters.
- Our dumpsters weigh 10,000 pounds when empty. While they are driveway-friendly, please still expect some grass tears and tire marks.
- We prefer to park our dumpster on the driveway, but customers can request a different location. Make sure the drop-off/pick-up area is clear of any obstacles that might slow us down as we enter and exit. Extra charges may apply if we are delayed.
- To avoid property damage, please direct us to your desired drop-off area. We will only navigate your property with your presence. If any damage occurs while following your instructions, we will not be held liable.
